mixed feelings about the stay

silverfish unpleasant smell

the hotel location was pretty central. it made getting around fairly easy.

The room wasn't great. I found silverfish in the bathroom , made me uneasy. also, the general smell on the fifth floor near the lifts was unpleasant and lingered a lot. it smelled overly ripe and made waiting for the lift not very nice

Excellent City Center Stay

central location friendly staff

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is really close to the port and local shops so everything was easy to reach! The staff are really friendly and helpful. I especially liked the complimentary refreshments. They served water, juice, nuts, and sweets each afternoon, and that was a nice touch.

The hotel lacks on-site parking so I had to park the car in a garage a few blocks away. This was not a huge issue, but it was somewhat inconvenient. The instructions provided by the hotel could have been clearer, too.

The breakfast includes a varied selection. Delicious coffee is available. I found the rooftop restaurant to offer a unique and interesting dining experience for all guests.

i appreciated the central location , it was very convenient for exploring. the staff was helpful, carrying our bags to the room. the rooftop bar offered great views of the cathedral. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

the shower pressure was lower than i expected , making it difficult to enjoy a thorough wash.

i REALLY liked the central location. It made it easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go. The rooftop bar was great, i loved the amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful, SO.

The parking was a little unclear initially, which caused some minor confusion.

central location city view friendly staff weak shower pressure fluctuating temperature poor sink drain

the central location was a big plus. it made exploring very easy. the rooftop bar offered wonderful city views. the staff was friendly , especially at breakfast.

the shower pressure was quite weak , i found. the temperature fluctuated a lot , it was annoying. the sink drained poorly , i noticed. i brushed my teeth in standing water.
